I woke up today and saw that my balance had dropped by almost $500 overnight due to something labeled ‘Adjustment.’ There’s no explanation or additional details. I didn’t make any purchases even close to that amount. Is this some kind of correction the bank makes if a merchant doesn’t finalize a charge correctly?
