Mobile Banking App Issues: Login Errors, Delayed Balances, App Crashes & Unresponsive Support
Hi everyone, I'm facing some serious issues with the mobile banking app and I need help. Here's what's going on:

Login Issues: Whenever I try to log in, I get an error message saying "Unable to authenticate user." I've double-checked my username and password, and they're definitely correct. I even reset my password, but the problem persists.

Account Balance Not Updating: When I managed to log in last week, my account balance wasn't updating in real-time. It took almost 24 hours for a recent transaction to reflect in my account. This delay is really inconvenient.
